What is a Green Team?
A voluntary committee to lead, coordinate, and engage community members on ways to incorporate and implement sustainability best practices.
Who Should Join?
Everyone! Vadnais Heights' Green Team is open to residents, members of the business community, students, and everyone in between!
Throughout the summer, Green Team members will have the opportunity to volunteer, talk with sustainability experts on a variety of topics, and brainstorm with other members about next steps to continue to grow the program.
Adopt-a-Drain Event
Join the Green Team as we support our local watershed with a storm drain cleanup day! Clearing leaves, trash, and other debris from drains is a quick and easy way to help reduce water pollution.
- Kids are welcome!
- Donuts will be provided - while supplies last
- Please bring a broom, dustpan, and work gloves
- Bags for collection & disposal of debris will be provided.
