Utility bills are sent to residential and commercial properties on a quarterly basis for sewer and water. Bills are mailed in January, April, July, and October. Bills are only sent to property owners of record as determined by Ramsey County. The city does not send bills to third parties. Customers are given 30 days to pay their utility bills.
Pay by U.S. mail or drop off at City Hall. Payment can be made at anytime, day or night, by using the drop box located on the driveway on the north side of City Hall. Payments can be made payable to the "City of Vadnais Heights."
